Experience how improvisational theater liberates you from within, shows you new perspectives and helps you to find yourself again,
without torturing you through tiring therapies or sacrificing fun.

In eight weeks you will playfully gain self-confidence, lightness and courage to break out of your comfort zone.

Are you familiar with that?

  • You feel drained, lethargic, listless and stressed.

  • Your tasks fill your days, but they haven't filled you in your heart for a long time.

  • You feel trapped in the monotonous routine of everyday life and wonder how you ended up here.

  • There is hardly any time or energy left for your free time.

  • You feel that you are getting further and further away from yourself.

  • The thought of wanting to change something in your life NOW grows stronger every day.

  • You wish for new perspectives, new food for thought and impulses.

  • You feel uninspired, listless and heavy.

There are exactly TWO options for you at this point: Either you continue as usual (liability for any side effects is rejected). OR, you read on and let us show you a way out of everyday monotony.

How would it feel...

  • To be able to laugh from the heart again?

  • Getting back into action?

  • Just trying something new?

  • Make you a priority again?

  • To feel one with yourself again?

  • Not afraid of failure?

  • Feeling more energy and zest for life again?

  • Give your intuition and your impulses more space again?

  • Breaking down your own limits in a value-free space?

FunandLaughand the feeling of lightness make you forget everyday worries and stress.

Andy manages to get you out of everyday stress with her calm manner and to bring you into the creative, exciting, funny and endless expanses of improv theater! Sometimes you dive into deep emotional thoughts, and other times into the best & funniest telenovela story of the week! In improv you can freely test your limits, try out every character and invent the most bizarre stories with your fellow players. It's a lot of fun and is always challenging and surprising for yourself!

What I liked most about the course was that there was nothing to be embarrassed about. The group always stuck together, even when things weren't going so well. Andrea was very appreciative and empathetic towards all participants. The vibe was upbeat and positive throughout. I would recommend the course to experienced improv fans as well as newbies looking to step out of their comfort zone. I learned something at every rehearsal!

With her warm, funny and sensitive nature, Andi creates a space for tension and relaxation, slapstick and depth. It offers opportunities to break new ground or simply to be entertained, creates connections inside and outside, inspires and gently challenges. All in all: a different kind of evening.

With Andy you immediately feel comfortable and accepted. Which is very important, because in improv you totally

should open.

I recommend the course to everyone who needs a break from everyday life, who wants to test a new side of themselves and, above all, who wants to have fun and

want to laugh. Andy makes the course varied and interesting.
